80's workout

Enjoy a fun-filled morning at The Marquee with 80's inspired music, décor, exercises, and photobooth excitement!

Lindsay and Noelle will lead an hour-long workout.

Itinerary

8:30 am Doors open

9-10 am Workout

10 am Cool down

10:30 – 11:30: Hang out, rehydrate, and take photos. A couple of photo backdrops will be set up, and we will have the photo booth with '80s-inspired props.

What to bring

A workout mat, water, and exercise bands for your legs.  Here is an example of bands: Workout bands on Amazon

Lindsay Grider Bio

Lindsay is a former dancer who danced passionately from middle school all the way until she turned 21! Growing up, she loved track, dance, and staying active. She earned her B.S. in Fitness & Human Performance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. After that, she had a fantastic time interning, teaching aerobics, and personal training at NASA’s fitness center. Once she graduated, she took on an exciting role as a Wellness Coordinator at the College of the Mainland in Texas City, TX. Lindsay has always been enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle and loves to make working out both safe and fun for everyone!

Noelle Casaine Bio

Hello! I am a Momma of two kiddos, a dog, work full time as an account executive and the owner of Anique Design Flowers. Without having enough on my plate (ha ha) I realized I was putting myself last and it was taking a toll on my health. And that’s where I fell in love with strength training and everything changed in the best way!

I began attending lifting and HIIT classes and   realized that I too can lead a class! I wanted share my passion for lifting and helping others build healthier habits by teaching strength training classes. I am a certified National Academy for Sports Medicine certified Fitness instructor and fitness enthusiast.

While still juggling a full life, I now see how much fuller life can be with fitness and strength training. I want that to be possible
