The Marquee At New Town

The Marquee at New Town, located in the picturesque New Town at St. Charles, offers a unique and elegant event venue for your special day! With it’s captivating setting, the Marquee accommodates up to 300 guests in it’s 5,000 sqft space. The space is equipped with modern amenities, including heating, air-conditioning, and a 20’x20’ parquet dance floor. The serene fountains and charming ambiance make it perfect for wedding ceremonies or vow renewals.

Included In Wedding Rental

  • All wedding rentals will include 13 hours on site. This will include all set up, event time, and clean up. Additional hours are $200/hr.

  • Amenities included in rental include, table and chairs, table linens, 24'x24' checkered parquet dance floor, prep kitchen if catering is selected, restrooms, tent and outdoor space.

Elegant banquet hall decorated for a wedding or special event with white tablecloths, clear acrylic chairs, and floral centerpieces with white flowers and greenery. The room is bright with natural light coming through arched windows, and there is draped fabric on the ceiling.

Wedding Rental Pricing

Friday -- $3,000
Saturday -- $4,000
Sunday -- $2,500

Up to seven (7) hours of setup time. Venue access for event set up between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM the day of the event Five (5) hours of event time, one (1) hour of clean up/load-out time

Ceremony and bridal suite are available as an add on.

*a fee will be added for weddings of 200 or more.

Wedding Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be made to reserve your date.

  • Go to our calendar to check availability on specific dates. Contact us to receive an invoice.

  • A 3% fee will be assessed for all credit card payments

DJ Packages

Silver Package $700- DJ Services by Listen Up Productions. Includes: 4 hour of receptions, music, and dance floor lights.

Gold Package $1,000- DJ Services by Listen Up Productions. Includes: Cocktail hour music, introductions, dinner music, dance floor lights, and reception music until 11 pm.

Marquee Package $1,500- DJ Services by Listen Up Productions. Includes: Cocktail hour music, introductions, dinner music, dance floor lights, and reception music until 11 pm. This package also includes uplighting and dancing on a cloud.

Photobooth

Signature DSLR Booth Package

$600 - The length of your reception, black or white backdrop, props, and a digital copy of all your photos. Flower wall and green wall available as an upgrade.

$100 - Per hour includes attendant, choice of backdrop, props, and a printed photos for you and your guests, plus a digital copy (3-hour minimum)
